Is there a fee to work with me?
Generally, no. The lender pays a percentage on closing for my service so it is free for you.
If you have damaged credit, low income or looking for private deal, a fee will be discussed during intro call.
How to budjet closing cost?
A easy math for closing costs is 1.5 to 2% of cost of the home. Your lawyer will confirm exact amount of closing fees & will be the person responsible to collect your down payment.
